Before most medical treatments, it is recommended to arrive without makeup and fully trained for the day. After treatment, you should avoid exercising and swimming for 24 hours, and follow specific instructions from the practitioner for optimal effect.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel later, or do not show up, you will be invoiced NOK 500.
